Have an idea that does not quite fit one of our standard products? We accept select custom orders for personalized wood goods, specialty sizes, bulk quantities, and unique woodworking projects.

Because many of our products are made in-house, we may be able to adjust the size, shape, material, engraving, or quantity to better fit what you need.

What We May Be Able to Create

Custom requests may include:

  • Custom wood shapes and sizes

  • Personalized engraving

  • Names, dates, messages, verses, or logos

  • Bulk wood blanks

  • Larger-quantity orders

  • Custom gifts and keepsakes

  • Modified versions of existing products

  • Specialty woodworking projects

  • Products for events, businesses, organizations, or other makers

Not every request will be possible, but we are always happy to review your idea and let you know what we can do.

How to Request a Custom Order

When contacting us on our Contact Us page, please include as much information as possible, such as:

  • The type of product you are looking for

  • Preferred dimensions

  • Quantity needed

  • Wood species or material preference

  • Engraving or personalization details

  • Reference photos, sketches, or examples

  • Your preferred completion date

  • Any budget or shipping considerations

The more information you provide, the more accurately we can evaluate the project and prepare a quote.

Quotes and Pricing

Custom pricing is based on the materials, size, quantity, design work, production time, finishing requirements, and shipping involved.

After reviewing your request, we will let you know:

  • Whether the project is something we can complete

  • The estimated price

  • The expected production time

  • Any additional information or approvals needed

A quote is not considered final until the project details have been confirmed.

Design Approval

For projects involving custom layouts, logos, detailed engraving, or significant changes to an existing product, we may provide a digital proof or design preview before production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, dimensions, and design details before approval. Once a custom order has entered production, changes may not be possible.

Production Time

Custom orders may require more time than standard products. Production time will vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, material availability, current workload, and quantity ordered.

Please contact us as early as possible for orders needed by a specific date. Rush completion is not guaranteed.

Natural Wood Variation

Wood is a natural material, and every piece will have its own grain pattern, color, texture, and character. Knots, mineral streaks, grain variation, and other natural features may be present.

These differences are not considered defects. They are part of what makes each handmade wood product unique.

Custom and Personalized Order Policy

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has started.

However, if we make an error or your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.
